When the pandemic started in 2020, Faire’s customer base of over 100,000 retail store owners was hit hard. So we pivoted and built an entirely new product from the ground up: a B2C platform to help our retailers sell goods directly to local consumers, online.
Partnered closely with a lean team of designers to develop naming, brand identity, GTM and paid assets, photoshoot art direction, marketing and transactional emails, landing pages, influencer marketing kits, the curbside pickup feature, signup flows, and more. Within just 5 months of launch, we onboarded over 400 independent retailers in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
